FUNKY KONG COUNTRY - 2D Platformer
Game Designer, Sound Designer, Composer, Audio Implementer (Unreal Blueprint)
Funky Kong Country was personal project that I challenged myself to borrow 2D sprites from one of my favorite games I grew up playing on Super Nintendo, (Donkey Kong Country!) and recreate the game with original music and sound design in Unreal Engine (4.16).

Inspired by the game's original super fun soundtrack scored by composer Grant Kirkhope, I created a swinging good time Big Band piece. The sound was borrowed from Hanna Barbera Sound Library with intentionally cartoony tire bouncing and cash register ca-ching sounds.

All interactions and triggers were written using Blueprint Visual Scripting including the UI Health Bar and number of Banana's collected.
